Hello, my name is Zoya Rahman, and I am based in Hyderabad, India.
I'm passionate about zeroing in on human problems and solving them.
Essentially, I have a fondness for design ideation rooted in the belief that design triumphs only when it serves its user.
As an architect, I have gained industry experience in designing spaces keeping the users and their context at forefront to elevate their spatial experience. I decided to explore design ideation beyond the spatial realm and pursued PG Certification in UX Design and HCI from IIT Guwahati, which oriented my goal to crafting user-driven solutions for the digital world.
Career
I’ve recently finished my internship at UXReactor where I worked on designing the key experiences for B2B SaaS products focusing on user and business problems, while familiarizing myself with the design process followed at the organization.
I have also worked as a freelance UX Researcher for a social-commerce platform where I validated the problem statement and understood the pain-points of target audience.
I'm currently seeking interaction design, UX research, and visual design roles.
I have industry experience in architectural and interior design, where I helped in conceptualizing human-centric ideas and bringing them to life through 3D visuals, renders, and construction drawings primarily focused on commercial office spaces. Additionally, I have pursued freelance opportunities as an architectural visualizer and graphic designer crafting impactful logos, signages, and wall graphics.
